歡迎使用由澳門電力股份有限公司 (以下簡稱”澳電”)提供的無線上網服務。
當閣下一旦使用澳電之無線上網服務，即表示閣下無條件接受以下所載的使用守則及免責條款:
澳電於特定範圍內提供免費無線上網服務，使用者每天可使用服務一次，而每次時間限制為三十分鐘。澳電會收集使用者的網絡卡實體位址以限制每名使用者每天三十分鐘的使用時間，但有關資料會於服務使用當日被自動刪除。澳電保留權利隨時更改或中斷無線上網服務而毋須事先作出通知。
澳電不保證閣下使用無線上網服務之安全性、可能性、速度及兼容性。某些移動設備可能會自動切換到支付移動數據服務(如GPRS 或 3G/4G)，閣下必須意識到這種情況，以避免不必要的損失。
澳電不會就無線上網服務的使用、不當使用、更改或中斷而引致的任何損害或損失承擔任何責任。
閣下須就非法目的使用此服務承擔責任，並須就澳電因閣下使用此服務而招致的一切法律訴訟、程序、損害、費用、索償或損失向澳電作出彌償。
本條款受澳門特別行政區法律所規管。
Seja bem-vindo à utilização do Serviço de Internet Sem Fios disponibilizado pela Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM).
Ao usufruir do serviço de Wi-Fi da CEM, o utilizador concorda em aceitar, sem qualquer condição, todos os seguintes termos de utilização e declaração de isenção:
A CEM disponibiliza gratuítamente o serviço de Wi-Fi com duração limitada no perímetro das suas instalações, onde o utilizador pode aceder ao serviço apenas uma vez por dia e durante 30 minutos. A CEM irá recolher o endereço MAC por forma a limitar o acesso a 30 minutos por dia a cada utilizador, mas os dados não serão guardados além do fim do dia respectivo. A CEM reserva-se o direito de ajustar ou interromper o serviço de Wi-Fi a qualquer momento sem aviso prévio.
A CEM não garante a segurança, disponibilidade e velocidade na utilização do serviço de Wi-Fi da CEM, bem como a sua compatibilidade com os seus aparelhos. Alguns dispositivos móveis poderão mudar automaticamente para o serviço PAGO de dados móveis (tal como GPRS ou 3G/4G), pelo que o utilizador precisa de estar atento a esta situação por forma a evitar perdas desnecessárias.
A CEM não assumirá qualquer responsabilidade em resultado de eventuais danos ou perdas de qualquer tipo, causados pelo uso indevido, ajuste ou interrupção do serviço de Wi-Fi.
O utilizador será totalmente responsável por qualquer uso ilegal do serviço e indemnizará a CEM contra todas as acções, processos, danos, custos, reclamações ou perdas que possam vir a ser sustentadas pela CEM com respeito a qualquer utilização do serviço.
Estas condições serão regidas pelas leis vigentes na Região Admnistrativa Especial de Macau.
Welcome to use the Wireless Internet Service provided by Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (as “CEM”).
By using the Wi-Fi service of CEM, you are agree to accept, without any condition, all the following stated terms of use and disclaimer:
CEM provides free but limited Wi-Fi service within the property where user can access to the service one time per day with a time limit of 30 minutes. CEM will collect the MAC Address of the user in order to limit 30 minutes access for each user per day but this data will not be stored beyond the end of the respective day. CEM reserves the rights to adjust or interrupt the Wi-Fi service at any time without prior notice.
CEM does not guarantee the security, the availability, and the speed of using the Wi-Fi service at CEM as well as its compatibility with your devices. Some mobile devices may be automatically switched over to PAID mobile data service (such as GPRS or 3G/4G), you must be aware of this scenario in order to prevent unnecessary loss.
CEM shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result arisen from any use, misuse, adjustment or interruption of the Wi-Fi service.
You shall be fully responsible for any unlawful use of the service and you shall indemnify CEM against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, claims or losses which may be sustained by CEM in connection with any use of the service.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
